Course purchases

Course prices and what is included are shown on the relevant course page. Course purchases are one-time payments unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes the payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and refunds.

The Dynamic Programming Founders Edition includes the modules available at purchase and the later modules identified on its course page when they are released. Release dates and individual lesson details may change as the course is produced.

Access and acceptable use

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course. You must not share your account, republish course material, make it available to others, or sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, or redistribute it except where applicable law permits.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, shared without permission, or used to interfere with the site or other customers.

Refunds

Course purchases include the Tech With Nikola 30-day refund guarantee. This guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Availability and changes

We may update course lessons, presentation, examples, and site features to keep them accurate or improve them. We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, or events outside our reasonable control. If a material problem prevents us from supplying a purchased course, contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy.

Liability

Courses are educational material and do not guarantee employment, interview performance, examination results, or any particular professional outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not prevent you from relying on mandatory protections or courts available under the law of the country where you live.
